Excellent work. I was kept informed every step of the way, they were courteous and left the area neat when done.
Had a really bad kitchen sink clog last week, the water wouldn’t drain at all and was backing up into the other side (even started coming up into the dishwasher, which was gross). Called them and they got me in the same day. Alex showed up on time, figured out pretty quickly it wasn’t just a basic clog but grease buildup way down the line. He used a camera to show me what was going on, then cleared it out with a hydro jet. Everything’s draining perfectly now. He also made sure to test everything before leaving and gave a few simple tips so it doesn’t happen again. Price was fair and no surprises. Super easy experience overall. Would definitely call them again.
