I had a clogged sink at midnight and reached out to Plum relief (via thumbtack). Jose responded immediately and after a few questions was all set to arrive next day at 9 am. I was very happy with the quick turnaround appointment. He came, analyzed the issue and gave me a quote for the complete job. I gave him the go ahead and he completed it exactly based on what we discussed. There were 2 issues.. a clogged sink and an old leaking insinkerator. Both issues were fixed to my satisfaction and I now have a clean sink with a new insinkerator! Very happy with the service, Jose is great. Highly recommend!
