Amazing crew! Jose did the complete copper repipe of our home and added water filter/softner along with water heater installation. Great work ethic, communication and punctuality shown. Don't let his youthful appearance fool you - Jose is a true professional. He recently replaced the toilets at my parents' house and noticed that one of the flanges had not been installed correctly. Fixing the entire installation would have been costly, and my parents didn't have the budget for that. To help us save money, Jose came up with a quick, temporary solution and reassured us to reach out immediately if there were any signs of leakage. So far, the solution has been working perfectly. I am relieved knowing we have someone reliable to call if my parents need any future assistance. Jose's attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work stand out. We had a great experience with PlumRelief! They replaced all of our old galvanized pipes with new copper ones, and the difference has been incredible. Jose replaced a leaking copper pipe T-joint for me, and the new one he installed looks flawless and perfectly aligned, standing out from the other older parts. I have worked with Jose a couple times now and have been extremely impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to his craft. He installed a water softener for me at my home and was able to quickly familiarize himself with the system and troubleshoot some issues along the way. While in my crawlspace he noticed some unrelated issues with the duct work and was kind enough to also ensure that was repaired before he left! Jose is beyond 5 stars.He responded very quickly to my heater leak,got the new one promptly,however he has discovered the leak in a new one! Efficiently secured another one and on top of it even caulked the bathroom for me.What a service! The prices are very fair and he was a delight to work with. From now on he is our plumber to go to.
My experience with Jose was one of the best I have ever had with a contractor in any capacity. I hired him off of Thumbtack. He was the first to respond and I didn't take any other quotes. I just felt really good about him throughout our communication. He was prompt. Dead on time. He was very humble and honest about what needed to be done. His price was very fair for the amount of work he had to do. I had a relatively difficult project of a broken pipe in 2 locations. He located the cracks and spent approximately 6 hours to repair it. There was no lag time. He continued to work throughout the whole time he was here and was extremely thorough. He had to make a run to a hardware store a couple of times and included that in his price to me. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Jose. You are my plumber for life. Great job!

I recently had the pleasure of having Jose come to my home to address some plumbing issues, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Not only is Jose a skilled plumber, but he is also a handsome and pleasant guy to work with! I initially called him to fix calcium buildup on the faucets in my master bathroom, as the water flow had become quite slow. Jose quickly identified the problem and recommended replacing both faucets for a cohesive look, which I thought was an excellent idea. He purchased the new faucets and did a fantastic job installing them. While he was here, he also noticed that my master bathroom toilet was running continuously. Jose took the time to investigate and found that a valve needed replacement, which he also fixed. This is the second time that we asked Jose for a pluming service. This time it is due to a leak in one of our bathrooms. Jose has been very knowledgeable, patient and transparent. He diagnosed our leaking shower valve, purchased the matching valve from HomeDepot himself and replaced the valve for us. He offers the end-to-end service and we don't need to worry about anything! Later on we found a temperature issue and he just came back and adjusted for us for free. We would like to recommend Jose for anyone who has concerns about pluming systems.

We were selling my brother's condo and it was in need of major repairs. Jose was able to diagnose the plumbing problems and recognize things we weren't aware of. His professional skills and problem solving were greatly appreciated.
I called Jose because I had a leak in my bathroom sink. When he (very quickly) finished with my sink he also fixed a leak with my washing machine, and repaired a door that was coming off the hinges. His prices are very reasonable, his work is spectacular and he was respectful of my home (when he entered he put shoe covers on his work boots). If I could give him could give him more stars I would.
