I’m Jose Lopez, the man behind the brand PlumRelief. My plumbing journey began in the aisles of Home Depot as a customer service rep in the plumbing department. Like many of you, I initially knew little about plumbing. I helped as much as I could with guidance and finding parts, but that was as far as it went.

Determined to hone my expertise, I left a comfortable paying job as a supervisor and embarked on an apprenticeship program. I joined a small company in the heart of Willow Glen, where I truly learned what plumbing is all about. I got down and dirty (literally) and acquired the right knowledge and understanding to better assist my customers.

Now, as I start my own journey with PlumRelief, I feel confident in saying that I have not only mastered the art of plumbing but also the art of customer service. Of course, there’s always room for improvement, and I never stop learning.
